Project Experience and Ongoing Developments
As part of the diversified operations of Juvenile Companies Limited, its flagship subsidiary Juvenile Properties Limited has been actively engaged in real estate development, land development, and infrastructure-related projects across Bangladesh. The company has developed strong expertise in project planning, construction management, and project execution in both private and public sector developments.
Real Estate Development Projects
Several residential development projects was undertaken and completed successfully.
Notable projects include:
• 6-storied residential building in Tangail, located beside Old Bus Stand Road
(completed).
• 10-storied residential building in Jatrabari, currently under development and
approximately (completed).
These projects reflect the company’s capability in delivering multi-storey residential
developments while maintaining high standards of structural safety, design efficiency, and
construction quality.
Ongoing Residential and Commercial Projects
The company is currently undertaking three additional mixed residential and
commercial developments located in strategic growth corridors:
• A mixed-use development project adjacent to Jolshiri Abashon, a rapidly developing
residential zone.
• A mixed-use development project beside the Dhaka–Tangail Link Road.
• A residential and commercial development project near the New Market area of
Tangail.

Government/ Non-Government Land Development and Government Infrastructure Projects
Juvenile Properties Limited has demonstrated strong capability in both land development
and public infrastructure projects. The company successfully completed the Trust Green City Land Development Project beside Mirpur DOHS, involving extensive land preparation for planned residential expansion. The company is also involved in the redevelopment project of Kamalapur Railway Station, reflecting its ability to meet the technical and regulatory standards required for major government infrastructure works.

Lt Col (Retd.) Abu Sayed Nizam is a highly decorated Civil Engineer, project management specialist, and corporate leader with over 19 years of distinguished national and international
experience in leadership, design, and large-scale infrastructure development. Renowned for his strategic foresight, technical excellence, and ethical leadership, he has consistently delivered complex, highimpact projects across both military and civilian domains.
His career is marked by numerous prestigious national and international awards,
reflecting his rare blend of technical mastery and leadership depth. As Commanding Officer
of an Engineer Battalion, he led over 1,000 engineering personnel, setting exceptional
standards of safety, discipline, performance, and accountability. Today, as Chairman of Juvenile Companies Limited, he leads with a strong commitment to ethical governance, regulatory excellence, and sustainable industrial development, integrating global best practices with strong local execution to ensure quality-driven production, transparent operations, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
Major (Retd.) Md. Mehedi Hasan (Engineers)
Founder & Managing Director
Major (Retd.) Md. Mehedi Hasan is a visionary leader and an accomplished Electrical Engineer with 18 years of distinguished service in the Bangladesh Army. He is recognized for his ability to organize and lead high-performing teams and to plan and execute complex assignments with precision, discipline, and efficiency.
He has gained overseas professional exposure and has served as Project Director for
multiple construction and development projects, consistently demonstrating excellence
in planning and execution, team coordination, quality and cost control, and timely
delivery. Over the past decade, he has gained extensive corporate experience through his
involvement in the family-owned business, actively contributing to team leadership,
strategic planning, industrial development, and commercial operations. As Founder and Managing Director, he combines engineering rigor with strong commercial insight, including sourcing, market assessment, industrial planning, and marketing strategy, to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
